Job Summary: We are seeking a field sales representative to manage customer portfolios, achieve sales and collection targets, and provide commercial product advisory services within a collaborative work environment. Participation in a collaborative work environment Responsibilities: Conduct field routes and visit our customer portfolio according to the assigned district. Plan and meet weekly sales and collection quotas. Manage orders based on customer needs, payment capacity, and credit limit. Provide commercial and product portfolio advisory to customers. Requirements: Experience in field sales of consumer goods. Age: 23 \- 40 years old Availability to work 48 hours per week. Interest in participating in a collaborative work environment.
