Job Summary: We are seeking a Service Watchman to supervise traffic, assist drivers, manage records, and coordinate field operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise traffic and assist drivers during operations. 2. Manage and update service records. 3. Coordinate and monitor field operations. A well-established environmental company specializing in the comprehensive handling and management of hazardous waste seeks to hire a **Service Watchman** to support operations across various zones of Metropolitan Lima. The selected candidate will perform duties directly at assigned locations according to the daily schedule. Attendance at the Ventanilla plant is required only twice per week for document submission and necessary coordination. **Job Responsibilities:** * Supervise vehicle and pedestrian traffic during operational activities using signage and preventive equipment. * Assist drivers during vehicle maneuvers and movements. * Manage and maintain up-to-date records and documents related to services. * Monitor the progress of field operations. * Report any incidents occurring during activity execution. * Maintain continuous coordination with area supervisors. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Familiarity with or knowledge of locations such as Rímac, Miraflores, Barranco, Chorrillos, and areas near Colonial and Venezuela Avenues. * Willingness to travel within Metropolitan Lima. * Availability to perform operational duties in the field. **Benefits:** * Formal payroll enrollment from the first day of employment. * Guaranteed biweekly payments. * Transportation coverage for travel between assigned service locations. * Bonus of S/ 600 in June and November. * Favorable work environment.
