Job Summary: We are seeking customer service staff for a restaurant, with experience in service, focused on warmth and handling complex situations. Key Highlights: 1. Warm and cordial customer service 2. Responsible handling of complex situations 3. Preparation and maintenance of the dining area MAGDALENA DEL MAR Requirements: Proven experience in restaurant service or as a waiter. Attention to cleanliness and safety. Patience and customer orientation. Responsibilities: Prepare the dining area before, during, and after operations. Follow established procedures according to service standards at all stages. Communicate warmly, cordially, empathetically, and with a service-oriented attitude in all interactions with customers and team members. Handle complex customer situations responsibly, adhering to company-established procedures for such cases. Be responsible for customer reception and welcoming, assigning tables according to customer preferences. Operate internal systems. Support the team and receive support for assigned tasks. Schedule: CLOSING: 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. OPENING: 12:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Work Days: Monday through Sunday, with one day off per week. Meals provided.
