Position Summary: PCC is seeking a Workshop Master Supervisor to lead electromechanical projects in mining and metals, gas, oil, foundries, and construction. Key Highlights: 1. Knowledge of production processes and resource optimization At PCC, a leading company providing electromechanical project management, development, and execution services in the mining and metals, gas, oil, foundries, power generation, and construction industries, we are searching for top talent to join our team! **WORKSHOP MASTER SUPERVISOR** \- EDUCATION: Licensed and registered Mechanical Engineer or Electrical-Mechanical Engineer. \- EXPERIENCE: * Minimum 5 years of experience in workshop supervision and/or leadership roles within mechanical-metallic companies or workshops. * Proven experience in manufacturing: metal structures, supports and racks, industrial piping, spools, mechanical-metallic equipment and components. * Knowledge of industrial factory production processes, production line balancing, productivity control, and manufacturing resource optimization.
