




Job Summary: We are seeking a technician to provide on-site assistance to our remote engineering team, acting as in-store on-site support for basic connectivity and equipment registration activities. Basic technical assistance role We are looking for a technician in **Satipo** to provide physical assistance to our remote engineering team. The role involves serving as on-site support ("remote hands") in the store. **Primary Responsibilities (On-Site Support)** * **Connectivity Support:** Disconnecting/reconnecting equipment and network cables per instructions. * **Directed Actions:** Executing basic clicks or commands remotely coordinated by the TM2 team. * **Registration:** Conducting equipment inventory and submitting photographs of equipment condition and connections. **Requirements** * **Knowledge:** Basic technical support skills and fundamental networking knowledge (cable identification, network points). * **Experience:** Minimum **1 year** of technical work experience. * **Mandatory PPE:** Must possess **safety boots and helmet** (mandatory for store entry). * **Location:** Must reside in Satipo or nearby areas (immediate availability required). **Terms and Compensation** * **Payment:** Between **S/ 50.00 and S/ 60.00 per equipment** serviced. * **Workload:** Each store has 2 to 3 equipment units. * **Daily Earnings:** Estimated daily payment of **S/ 100.00 to S/ 180.00**. * **Duration:** Project duration of 1 to 2 weeks.
