Training and continuous learning * Plan, record, and edit social media content. * Develop creative scripts aimed at increasing reach, engagement, and sales. * Write copy for social media posts. * Propose content ideas based on digital trends and strategies. * Coordinate recordings with the marketing team. * Adapt the same content across different formats and platforms. * Cover recordings at the office, warehouse, construction sites, and events as needed. * Maintain the company's photo and video library in an organized manner. * Support planning and execution of the content calendar. * Analyze content performance to propose ongoing improvements. **Requirements** * Experience creating content for social media * Proficiency in editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, or others. * Knowledge of digital trends, viral formats, and social media algorithms. * Comfort speaking in front of the camera. * Creativity, proactivity, and ability to work collaboratively. * Responsibility, organization, and speed in content production.
