Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics and Warehouse Supervisor to optimize warehouse organization, supervise stock control, and manage procurement and order distribution processes. Designs and implements procurement and logistics processes Peruvian book publishing company is looking for a Logistics and Warehouse Supervisor who meets the following profile: REQUIREMENTS: * Technical or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Logistics Supervisor, Warehouse Manager, or similar role. * Knowledge of logistics KPIs (inventory, shipments, lead times, costs). * Experience in supplier management and logistics procurement. * Proficiency in Excel. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage and optimize warehouse organization (layout, space allocation, receiving, shipping, and inventory control), ensuring orderliness, traceability, and operational efficiency. * Supervise stock control, ensuring appropriate stock levels for operations while preventing stockouts or overstocking. * Plan and execute order distribution during high-demand campaigns, ensuring on-time delivery. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure continuity of logistics operations. * Supervise maintenance of warehouse infrastructure and equipment. * Coordinate the end-to-end virtual order fulfillment process (picking, packing, and shipping), ensuring timely deliveries and service quality. * Manage procurement requests from various departments, ensuring timely supply. * Design, implement, and improve procurement and logistics processes, procedures, and policies. * Evaluate, negotiate, and approve suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery time criteria. EMPLOYMENT CONDITIONS: Market-competitive salary On-site working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM in San Juan de Lurigancho district. Position type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 - S/.1,700.00 per month Experience: * three: 3 years (Preferred) Work location: On-site employment
