JOB POSTING – TEXTILE PRODUCTION ASSISTANT A growing fashion brand is looking for a Textile Production Assistant with a focus on order, quality, and continuous improvement, who wishes to join a dynamic, results-oriented team. ● Requirements Technical or university studies in: Textile Engineering Industrial Engineering Fashion Design Minimum 1 year of production experience in fashion brands or the textile industry. Knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, finishing techniques, and quality control. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team. Proactivity and focus on continuous improvement. ● Main Responsibilities Inspection of finished goods (finishing, quality, and details). Cleaning and preparing garments for final delivery. Packaging goods according to brand standards. Ongoing support to the design department during counter-sample reviews. Proposing and implementing improvements to finishing and product presentation. Supporting the dispatch and shipping department. Ironing garments using a steam iron (proficient handling is mandatory). Counting goods and entering data into the system. Monitoring and organizing the production flow. Structure and Reporting ● Reports directly to the Production Manager. ● Working Hours Monday to Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. We Are Looking For An organized individual with a strong quality mindset, who understands the importance of detail in a fashion brand and actively contributes to production process efficiency.
