Metal-mechanical company is seeking an ASSEMBLY OPERATOR in Huachipa. **REQUIREMENTS:** At least 2 years of experience in similar positions. Knowledge of shaft and seal adjustments. Electrical knowledge (WEG, Delcrosa, Siemens, Baldor, ABB motors). Knowledge of metrology (certified). Knowledge of tools and equipment. Basic ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, diagrams, or schematics. Ability to quickly recognize and identify raw materials, components, subassemblies, and finished products required. Visual quality verification and control. Assembly procedures. Production concepts: Familiarity with workplace organization methodologies such as 5S (order and cleanliness). Industrial safety (hygiene and safety). Level 1 maintenance (basic). **FUNCTIONS:** 1. Material Preparation: Locate, inspect, and transport required components, tools, and assembly fixtures (jigs) according to the Bill of Materials (BOM). 2. Component Cleaning: Perform cleaning, degreasing, and inspection of spare parts (housings, impellers, shafts) prior to assembly to ensure proper fit and quality. 3. Assembly Assistance: Directly assist the Lead Assembly Operator in less complex assembly tasks, such as installing seals and gaskets or performing initial tightening of bolts and nuts. 4. Equipment Handling: Operate lifting and material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) to position heavy components or move assembled pumps. 5.
