Job Summary: Support the production of bakery products by preparing ingredients, operating equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with decoration and packaging. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assisting in the preparation of bakery products according to recipes 2. Preparing and organizing ingredients and raw materials 3. Collaborating in baking, basic decoration, and packaging **Bakery Assistant (Plant) Responsibilities:** * Assist in the preparation of bakery products according to recipes and established standards. * Prepare, weigh, and organize ingredients and raw materials prior to production. * Operate and assist in the use of bakery equipment and utensils, adhering to safety regulations. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area, complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Collaborate in baking, cooling, basic decoration, and packaging of products. * Monitor proper rotation and storage of ingredients and finished products. * Support visual quality control and product presentation checks. * Comply with hygiene, safety, and occupational health regulations. Rotating shift schedule between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. (8 hours) Meals provided Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,300.00 - S/.1,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
