




Job Summary: We are seeking a Claims Analyst to analyze, investigate, and follow up on customer complaints, generate statistical information, and coordinate solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Analysis and follow-up of customer complaints. 2. Generation of statistical information and improvement opportunities. 3. Interdepartmental and customer coordination for complaint management. We are a market-leading company specializing in corrugated cardboard packaging and paper-derived products. We are currently seeking (01) **CLAIMS ANALYST** for our **VILLA EL SALVADOR** plant. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Technical graduate and/or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields. \- One year of experience as a claims assistant or analyst. \- Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:** \- Analyze, investigate, and follow up on complaints related to the company’s operations and all associated components submitted by customers, in accordance with established procedures. \- Generate and present statistical information regarding complaint process performance, root causes, improvement opportunities, among others. \- Perform administrative procedures and coordinate with relevant departments to issue documents following complaints. \- Coordinate with customers regarding the shortage/loss process. \- Promptly notify departments of identified inconsistencies and/or failures. **BENEFITS:** \- Biweekly payments. \- Meal subsidy covered 70% by the company. \- EPS health insurance covered 70% by the company.
