Job Summary: Koreanca S.A.C. seeks an Extruder Machinist to operate and supervise extrusion machinery in plastic bag production, ensuring quality control and adherence to operational parameters. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate and supervise extrusion machinery in plastic bag production 2. Ensure quality control and operational parameters of the film 3. Minimum 2 years of experience in extrusion processes **Koreanca S.A.C. – Flexible Packaging and Supplies Industry** We are currently in the **recruitment and selection process** to fill the following position: **EXTRUDER OPERATOR** **Department:** Plastic Bag Production **Work Schedule:** **4x3 rotating shift** (four working days followed by three days off) **Required Profile** * Minimum **2 years** of experience in **extrusion** processes. * Proficiency in using **measuring instruments** (micrometer, dynamometers, etc.). * Knowledge of **raw material blends** and **extrusion parameters**. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform machine **startup and setup**, ensuring proper **film width and thickness**. * Conduct **thickness control** using a micrometer and **treatment control** of the film. * Monitor **operational parameters** (temperature, speeds, and winding). * Operate extrusion line machinery according to established standards. * Verify proper line operation and **appropriate material usage**, as specified in the formulation defined by **Production Planning and Control**. * Execute scheduled **line startups and shutdowns**, in accordance with current procedures. * Perform **product controls** (thickness, treatment intensity, etc.). * Carry out other duties assigned by the **immediate supervisor**. **Benefits** * **Formal employment contract**, including all statutory benefits. * **Medical insurance**. * **Negotiable remuneration**, commensurate with experience and competencies.
