An industrial-sector company dedicated to the **production of flexible packaging**, currently seeking an **Industrial Engineering Intern** interested in developing within a real operational environment, participating in activities related to **logistics, industrial processes, and operational improvement**. **Candidate Profile** * Final-cycle student of **Industrial Engineering**. * Preferably ranked in the **top 5% or top 10%** of the class. * Interest in **logistics, industrial processes, operational efficiency, and plant management**. * Knowledge or experience in **logistics, process control, or operational management**. * Prior experience in **production, operations, or process support** (desirable but not mandatory). * Basic proficiency in **Microsoft Office** and ability to analyze information. * **Organized, analytical, and learning-oriented** profile. * Residency in **Ate Vitarte, Huachipa, Santa Clara, Chaclacayo, Chosica, Ñaña, Huaycán, Gloria, Santa Anita, or nearby areas**. **Internship Location** * Ate – Horacio Zevallos **Schedule** * **Monday to Friday \| Part-Time** **Offered** * **Paid pre-professional internships.** * **Direct on-site training at the industrial plant**, participating in real processes. * **Internship completion certificate** upon conclusion of the program. * **Possibility of continued employment** based on performance.
