Active career path We are looking for a Cook for our San Borja or Surquillo location. **This position is for the Poke department.** Responsibilities include production preparation for the department, serving Poke bowls, departmental production, cleaning, etc. Rotating shifts totaling 48 hours per week: 8 hours of work plus 1 hour for lunch break. Shifts: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm 2:30 pm to 11:30 pm We provide meals, formal payroll from day one, a positive work environment, and an active career path.
