At LE BOUQUET DU CAFÉ, we are seeking the best candidate for the MULTIFUNCTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE position, for the AFTERNOON SHIFT at our café-bakery-pastry shop. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide friendly, prompt, and personalized service to customers. * Advise customers on bakery, pastry, café products, and current promotions. * Boost sales through suggestive selling and product recommendations. * Keep display cases and shelving fully stocked, clean, and organized. * Restock and rotate products using the FIFO system. * Verify product quality, presentation, and expiration dates on display. * Maintain a clean work area and comply with hygiene and food safety standards. * Assist in inventory control and report missing items or incidents. * Package products and prepare takeout or delivery orders. * Support opening and/or closing procedures, including cleaning and organizing the area. * Adhere to company-established service standards, personal appearance guidelines, and protocols. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and customer service, preferably in bakeries, pastry shops, or cafés. * Strong communication skills and customer orientation. * Proactive, responsible, and dynamic attitude. * Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure. * Availability to work in Comas.
