Job Summary: We are seeking a Multifunctional Customer Service Assistant for our café-bakery-pastry shop, responsible for providing friendly and personalized service, advising on products, and driving sales. At LE BOUQUET DU CAFÉ, we are searching for the best candidate for the MULTIFUNCTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE position, for the MORNING SHIFT at our café-bakery-pastry shop. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide friendly, prompt, and personalized service to customers. * Advise customers on bakery, pastry, café products, and current promotions. * Drive sales through suggestive selling and product recommendations. * Keep display cases and shelves fully stocked, clean, and well-organized. * Perform product restocking and rotation using the FIFO system. * Verify product quality, presentation, and expiration dates on display. * Maintain a clean work area and comply with food hygiene and safety standards. * Assist in inventory control and report missing items or incidents. * Package products and prepare orders for pickup or delivery. * Assist with store opening and/or closing, including cleaning and organizing the area. * Adhere to company-established service standards, personal appearance guidelines, and protocols. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and customer service, preferably in bakeries, pastry shops, or cafés. * Strong communication skills and customer orientation. * Proactive, responsible, and dynamic attitude. * Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure. * Availability to work in Comas.
