Excellent work environment and performance-based stability We Are Looking for a Production Assistant – Impakto At **Impakto**, a company dedicated to **packaging** manufacturing, we are seeking a **Production Assistant** to join our Operations team. What Will Be Your Role? You will serve as key support in the production process, coordinating with machine operators and ensuring production is executed in an orderly, efficient, and timely manner. ✅ Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate daily packaging production with machine operators. * Supply materials and supplies to machines during production. * Operationally supervise the production process and report incidents. * Properly pack and label finished products. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Provide direct operational support to the Operations Manager. Requirements: * Completed secondary education (technical training preferred). * Minimum 1 year of experience in production, manufacturing, or similar roles. * Experience in packaging companies or production plants is preferred. * Proactive attitude, responsibility, and ability to work in a team. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Good communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure. * Eagerness to learn and contribute to the team.
