Production Operator

Job Summary: We are seeking a production operator with experience in production processes and inventory management to perform packaging, rewinding, and production reporting. Key Highlights: 1. Dynamic role involving packaging, rewinding, and inventory management. 2. Opportunity to coordinate with the warehouse department and generate reports. 3. Development of competencies in production processes and BPM. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Operation of rewinding machines (not mandatory). * Packaging and rewinding of products. * Inventory of stock. * Preparation of production reports. * Coordination with the warehouse department. * Delivery of produced items. COMPETENCIES: * Knowledge of production processes. * Knowledge of BPM. * Speed and dexterity. * Knowledge of inventory management. * Level of concentration. EXPERIENCE: * Minimum of 1 year of experience in production plants. WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday 08:00 \- 06:00 PM, Saturday 08:00 AM \- 11:00 AM BENEFITS: * Base salary. * Production bonus. * CTS, bonuses, family allowance, profit sharing, etc. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,100\.00 \- S/.1,130\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
