**1. Purpose of the Position** Perform the necessary operational tasks in the **production, packaging, and dispatch of products (potatoes, sweet potatoes, and other foods)**, ensuring compliance with the company’s established quality, order, cleanliness, and safety standards, while supporting all areas of the plant according to production needs. **2. Main Responsibilities** * Carry out **cleaning, peeling, cutting, weighing, and packaging** activities for potatoes, sweet potatoes, and other products according to production orders. * Support various plant areas (meat processing, kitchen, bakery, pastry shop, etc.) as required. * Comply with established **hygiene, food handling, and food safety procedures**. * Operate equipment and utensils safely, maintaining them in good condition. * Maintain **order and cleanliness in the work area**, adhering to industrial safety regulations. * Verify correct **labeling and storage** of finished products. * Report any incident, equipment failure, or process deviation to the supervisor or immediate manager. * Collaborate in **inventory control**, as well as in loading and unloading of products or materials. * Meet established production timelines and targets. **3. Position Requirements** **Academic Qualifications:** * Completed secondary education (mandatory). **Experience:** * Minimum **1 year of experience** as an operator in food production plants or similar factories. * Experience in food handling, packaging, or production lines. **Technical Knowledge:** * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Plant safety and hygiene. * Basic knowledge of cutting, frying, or sealing machinery is desirable. **4.
