Position Production Operator Location MUTAPLAST Plant – Peru (Villa El Salvador \-Lima) Job Mission Support production and packaging operations, ensuring order, compliance, and continuity in the process. Main Responsibilities Support production operations as directed by the shift leader. Perform packaging, product conditioning, and organization tasks. Supply materials and support plant operational flow. Maintain cleanliness and order in the assigned work area. Follow safety and operational instructions. Assist with loading, transportation, or other operational tasks as required. Report incidents or deviations occurring during the shift. Candidate Profile We seek responsible, punctual individuals with a positive attitude toward teamwork and willingness to learn. We value commitment, discipline, and the desire to grow within a solid company. Requirements Completed secondary education. Prior experience in production, packaging, warehousing, or operational roles is desirable. Availability for on-site work in 8-hour shifts. Willingness to work overtime when required. Good physical condition for operational work.
