Job Summary: We are seeking Production Assistants to perform various tasks in the industrial area, including raw material preparation, machinery operation, quality control, and packaging. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum experience in industrial plants, production, or packaging. 2. Availability to work rotating shifts. 3. Requires good physical condition. A reputable industrial sector company is seeking Production Assistants who will perform the following duties: * Gather and verify that required raw materials and supplies are ready for the shift. * Repair, calibrate, and program machines or tools to be used on the assembly line. * Continuously and efficiently feed materials into machines. * Mix ingredients manually or with machine assistance. * Inspect finished products for defects, deformities, or packaging failures. * Perform counting, packaging, packing, labeling, and sealing of products. * Transport ready goods to dispatch or temporary storage areas. * Maintain a clean, orderly, and obstacle-free workstation to prevent accidents. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 6 months of experience in industrial plants, production, or packaging. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Good physical condition. Salary: S/.1,130.00 - S/.1,600.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
