Focused on ensuring operational standards and discipline. **QUALITY CONTROL OPERATOR – ATE (HORACIO ZEVALLOS)** An industrial company in the flexible packaging sector, currently strengthening its Quality Department, is seeking a Quality Control Operator focused on ensuring compliance with production standards and operational discipline at the plant. Internal training in production processes and quality control will be provided, along with support during the induction and adaptation period. **Employment Mode** * Full-time. * Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * Formal payroll enrollment from day one. * Statutory benefits. * Performance bonuses. * Organizational integration activities. **Required Profile** * Open call for candidates with or without experience in industrial plants. * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is desirable. * Interest in production processes and in-line control. * Basic proficiency in measurement instruments (caliper, micrometer, or others) is desirable. * Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to operational work. * Residence in Lurigancho, Chosica, Huachipa, Santa Clara, Ate, or nearby areas. **Main Responsibilities** * Verify Extrusion, Printing, Laminating, Cutting, and Sealing processes according to established standards. * Conduct sampling in accordance with the quality plan and Production Orders (POs). * Manage non-conforming products per internal procedures. * Record results, observations, and incidents, ensuring traceability and technical compliance.
