Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and organized Warehouse Operator to receive, inspect, identify, and dispatch materials, as well as maintain warehouse order. Key Highlights: 1. Assisting with loading units and managing cyclic inventories At MP Outsourcing Logístico, we are looking for a committed, organized, and professionally growth-oriented Warehouse Operator. Requirements * Completed secondary education or incomplete/completed technical studies. * Minimum 6 months of experience in warehouses and distribution. * Office software knowledge is desirable. * SAP experience and PDA usage are desirable (not mandatory). Knowledge * Knowledge of warehouses and commercial physical distribution. Responsibilities * Receive materials arriving via trucks, containers, or local deliveries. * Review documentation for material inflows and outflows. * Verify physical receipt of materials against delivery notes and purchase orders. * Identify, label, and store materials within the warehouse. * Assist with loading transport units when required. * Receive customer returns according to reverse logistics procedures. * Perform picking, packing, and verification processes for dispatch. * Correctly manage material storage locations within the warehouse. * Conduct cyclic inventories. * Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness. * Carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor. Schedules We offer two shift options: **Option 1** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. **Option 2** * Monday to Friday: 9:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Benefits * Salary: S/ 1,200 * Transportation allowance: S/ 5 per working day * Food vouchers of approximately S/ 180 starting from the second month * *(Example: if hired on February 18, the pro-rated portion for February 18–28 is paid at the end of March; full vouchers begin in April).* Apply now and join our team!
