Review the requirements in the post and apply. An electrical sector company is seeking a Backhoe Operator to join construction and installation projects in electrical infrastructure. Requirements: * Valid driver's license, Category A\-IIB or higher. * Backhoe Operator Certificate. * Training certificates related to heavy machinery operation. * Minimum three (03\) years of experience as a Backhoe Operator. * Proven experience through certificates or employment verification letters. * No criminal or police records. * Willingness to travel and work under project-based employment arrangements. * Preferred experience in civil works, electrical substations, and transmission lines. Responsibilities: * Operate the backhoe safely and efficiently. * Perform excavation, backfilling, grading, and earthmoving tasks. * Conduct basic inspections and report the operational status of equipment. * Comply with project-established safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
