Comply with quality and SSOMA standards We are looking for experienced, disciplined, and safety-focused Backhoe Operators to join our team. The ideal candidate must be capable of performing excavation, trenching, loading, and grading while adhering to high-quality and SSOMA standards. Responsibilities * Operate CAT 420F2 backhoes safely and efficiently. * Perform excavation, trenching, loading, and grading according to project specifications. * Comply with quality and SSOMA standards in all tasks. * Perform basic maintenance on the backhoe. * Report any issues or incidents to the supervisor. Requirements * Valid Class A2B driver's license. * Certified experience operating backhoes. * Backhoe Operator certification. * Solid knowledge of operation techniques and preventive maintenance. * Willingness to travel. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000.00 - S/.2,200.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
