We are looking for a **Production Engineer** to join our team on Corredor Vial 42\. If you have experience planning, directing, executing, and controlling construction processes in road projects, we want to meet you! **Your Responsibilities:** * Direct and supervise daily fieldwork (excavations, backfilling, subbase/base placement, asphalt/concrete laying, and civil works such as culverts or ditches). * Coordinate daily with the Project Control department regarding construction progress. * Optimize resource utilization (heavy machinery, labor, and materials) to maximize productivity and avoid downtime. * Monitor the Daily Construction Report (equipment allocation, personnel, physical progress, and incidents). * Supervise personnel time sheets and machinery logs for internal valuation and subcontractor valuation. * Identify and report on-site constraints or change orders that may generate additional work. * Ensure compliance with project technical specifications, in accordance with the Terms of Reference (TDR). **Requirements:** * **Academic Level:** Graduated and licensed Civil Engineer. * **Specific Experience:** Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Production Engineer, Field Engineer, or similar roles in road infrastructure projects (highways, expressways, rehabilitations, or road improvements). * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in production management tools (Lean Construction methodology, Last Planner System, etc.). * Availability to work in Tacna under non-standard working hours. **What We Offer:** * Market-competitive salary. * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * On-site meals and accommodation provided. * 100% covered EPS health insurance for employee and dependents. * Continuous training and learning opportunities. * Professional development within a leading infrastructure company. **If you meet the profile and seek new challenges, apply now and become part of Aldesa.** ‍ ️ ‍ ️ * **Join Aldesa** At Aldesa, you won’t just find a job—you’ll find a place where you can grow.
