Position Summary: We are seeking a Resident Architect with retail experience to comprehensively supervise construction projects, coordinate teams, and ensure quality and compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience in retail construction execution and supervision 2. Proficiency in key technical tools such as AutoCAD and Revit 3. On-site leadership and problem-solving capability **RESIDENT ARCHITECT – RETAIL SECTOR**: Education: Licensed and registered architect (authorized to sign drawings and technical documents). Experience: Minimum 5 years of documented experience in execution, supervision, or residency of retail construction projects, including commercial stores, supermarkets, franchise outlets, or interior renovations. **Technical knowledge:** Comprehensive supervision of civil works, finishes, electrical and plumbing installations; quality control, safety management, and schedule adherence; coordination with contractors, suppliers, and design departments; proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and advanced Office applications; familiarity with municipal regulations, civil defense standards, and accessibility requirements applicable to the retail sector. **Competencies:** Leadership, organization, and effective communication with multidisciplinary teams; on-site problem-solving ability and management of technical staff and laborers; results-oriented mindset, commitment, and attention to detail. Availability: Field-based work, including travel to various sites or projects. **Experience in implementing commercial locations for national or international retail chains.** Employment Type: Full-time, Temporary Contract Duration: 2 months Salary: Starting from S/.5,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
