Management of preventive and corrective maintenance **Job Position** **Sanitary Installations Specialist** We are looking for a highly qualified Sanitary Engineer to join our technical team as Key Personnel in the Cercado de Lima district. The ideal candidate must have a solid track record in infrastructure supervision and maintenance, ensuring the highest quality standards and regulatory compliance. **Academic Requirements:** * **Professional Degree** in Sanitary Engineering (verifiable through SUNEDU). * Valid professional registration and active licensing. **Required Experience:** * Minimum of **five (05\) years** of accredited experience in roles such as: Supervisor, Inspector, Sanitary Specialist, or Resident in maintenance services for sanitary installations across general infrastructure. **Working Hours** * **Monday to Friday:** 8:00 am to 6:00 pm * **Saturday:** 8:00 am to 1:00 pm **Working Days** * Monday to Saturday **Work Location** * Av. Nicolás de Piérola, Cercado de Lima. **Responsibilities** * **Supervise** the technical execution of sanitary installations according to technical documents and current regulations. * **Manage** and control preventive and corrective maintenance of assigned sanitary infrastructure. * **Ensure** that materials and construction processes comply with required quality standards. * **Prepare** detailed technical reports, valuations, and situational status reports. * **Coordinate** with relevant departments to guarantee continuous operation of sanitary services. * **Verify** compliance with project work schedules and established targets. **Salary** * **S/ 3,500 soles per month.** Employment Type: Permanent Salary: S/.3,000\.00 \- S/.3,500\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you have more than 5 years of professional registration?
