Promotion and management of pledge loans INVERSIONES KIMER has over 30 years of market presence and operates 18 branches; we are currently seeking a JUNIOR ADMINISTRATOR for our SANTIAGO DE SURCO branch. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Accurately conduct the jewelry valuation process for pledged items, appraise and evaluate electro-pledge items offered by customers as collateral according to company guidelines, and assess vehicle-backed credit. * Provide efficient service to customers and the general public, and process various requested transactions. * Promote available credit options and address customer inquiries or concerns with a sales-oriented and proactive attitude. * Manage the promotion, evaluation, disbursement, monitoring, and recovery of pledge loans. * Support achievement of the branch's assigned commercial targets across all products and/or services, in accordance with company guidelines, policies, and procedures.
