We are a company engaged in the importation of dental products. Therefore, we are looking for personnel who can work on-site in the district of Surco.
Requirements:
* Technical or university studies in Administration or related fields.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative functions or similar roles, including conducting procedures with public entities.
* Advanced knowledge of computer tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
* Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage multiple tasks.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* High level of organization, attention to detail, and proven honesty.
* Proactivity and ability to efficiently solve problems.

Responsibilities:
* Manage and organize documentation, files, and correspondence.
* Monitor and verify entry and exit of staff and general public.
* Ensure proper functioning of office equipment and report any maintenance needs.
* Control and manage payments to suppliers, ensuring accurate execution and follow-up.
* Answer telephone calls and emails, providing accurate information and routing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring proper logistics.
* Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
* Monitor office supply inventory and place orders when necessary.
* Collaborate in invoice management, payments, and administrative procedures.
* Provide support to various departments according to company needs.
* Conduct procedures with public entities and ensure compliance with established procedures.
* Perform tasks by reading manuals.
* Carry out other duties assigned by management.
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday: 6:40 am \- 04:40 pm
* Saturdays: 6:40 am – 14:30 pm
