Serve as the strategic liaison with ASGESE and the Central Warehouse. **LOGISTICS OPERATIONS COORDINATOR** **Job Title:** Logistics Operations Coordinator – Public Sector (Lima) **Employment Type:** Full-time, Project-based Contract **Job Description:** At KASMAR LOGISTIC, a leading provider of logistics solutions, we have been selected to execute the transportation and distribution service for consumable materials for UGEL (2026 Allocation). We seek a **Logistics Operations Coordinator** to lead the strategy, planning, and control of consumable material distribution to 271 schools across Metropolitan Lima. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design and implement the Master Operations Plan (MOP) and capillary routing strategy. * Serve as the strategic liaison with the Educational Service Supervision and Management Area (ASGESE) and the Central Warehouse. * Manage the operational budget, fleet (5–6 units), and loading crews. * Prepare and submit Settlement Reports and management KPIs. * Handle contingencies, incidents, and strict adherence to contractual deadlines (TDR). **Essential Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * **General Experience:** Minimum 5 years in transportation and logistics sectors. * **Specific Experience:** Minimum 2 years coordinating transportation services for State entities (Mandatory knowledge of Law No. 32069 and its Regulation). * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in PECOSAS, Waybills, Weight Certificates, routing software, and Advanced Excel. * **Skills:** Leadership, negotiation with public officials, and crisis management. **Benefits:** * Competitive market-aligned remuneration commensurate with role responsibilities (to be discussed based on qualifications). * All statutory benefits (General Regime/MYPE, as applicable). * Opportunity to lead a high-visibility operation. **How to Apply:** Submit a documented CV to [Correo] with subject line "COORDINADOR UGEL03".
