We are a leading Peruvian company in urban public transportation and are currently seeking a recent graduate or bachelor's degree holder in Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related fields to join our team. Requirements: \* Experience in data analysis within the transportation, logistics, or related sectors. \* Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel. \* Analytical ability, organizational skills, and goal-oriented mindset. \* Power BI proficiency (preferred). \* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments. Key Responsibilities: \* Record, monitor, and analyze operational and administrative management indicators. \* Prepare operational reports and dashboards for performance tracking. \* Identify improvement opportunities and propose process optimizations. \* Coordinate with various departments to ensure operational continuity and efficiency.
