We are a specialized IT consulting firm delivering SAP implementations and process improvement solutions across more than 5 countries. **SAP CO Trainee** We seek candidates who have worked on the business side using SAP and wish to transition into functional consulting. Essential Requirements * Experience as an end user, key user, or super user in SAP S/4HANA, SAP R/3, SAP ECC, or similar ERP systems. * Practical knowledge of processes related to costs, budgets, expenses, cost centers, and management control. * Understanding of integration among Finance, Procurement, Sales, Production, and Warehouse. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Analytical ability, clear communication skills, and strong willingness to learn. **Desirable Knowledge** * Cost centers and profit centers. * Internal orders and budgeting. * Monthly cost closing. * Accounting postings. * Product costing. * Integration of CO with FI, MM, SD, and PP. * Variance analysis and management reporting. **Main Responsibilities** * Support in process elicitation and documentation. * Participate in functional testing of the SAP CO module. * Provide initial user support. * Assist in analysis, validation, and continuous process improvement activities. **What We Offer** * Formal employment contract from day one. * 100% covered private health insurance. * 90% remote work. * Additional paid leave days. * Training and certifications within the SAP ecosystem. * Team recreational activities. * Real opportunities for professional growth. * Participation in national and international projects.
