**AR Consulting Empresarial**, a consulting firm specialized in Occupational Safety and Health, is currently seeking a **B2B Sales Assistant** to join our commercial team.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Acquire and contact new corporate clients.
* Support the development and management of the client portfolio.
* Follow up with potential and existing clients.
* Retain and maintain commercial relationships with clients.
* Prepare and send commercial quotations.
* Conduct in-person visits to clients.
* Track commercial opportunities until sales closure.
* Support corporate sales negotiation and closing.
* Record and update client and commercial opportunity information.
* Monitor commercial performance indicators.
**Requirements**
* Minimum **1 year of experience in sales, corporate sales, or B2B sales**.
* Experience in client acquisition, follow-up, and retention.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and sales closing skills.
* Proficiency in preparing quotations and managing commercial follow-up.
* Proactivity, organizational skills, and results orientation.
* Availability to conduct in-person client visits.
* Residence in Metropolitan Lima or willingness to travel.
