At Cargo Transport, we are seeking a dynamic, proactive professional with strong attention to detail to join our team. The Challenge Your primary mission will be to support the implementation, monitoring, and control of the HSSE Management System, ensuring a safe, healthy, and legally compliant work environment. Responsibilities Field Inspections: Conduct daily walkthroughs to identify unsafe acts and conditions across facilities. Training and Culture: Support the organization and delivery of safety inductions, 5-minute safety talks, and staff training sessions. Documentation and Records: Maintain up-to-date management system documentation (forms, PPE distribution records, training logs, incident statistics). Emergency Response: Assist in drills and supervise emergency response equipment (fire extinguishers, first-aid kits, emergency lighting). Environmental Management: Support waste control and monitoring of the company’s sustainability indicators. Requirements Education: Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or related fields. Experience: Minimum [1 year / 6 months] in similar positions (professional internships are valued). Knowledge: Familiarity with occupational safety and health legal regulations (e.g., ISO 45001 / ISO 14001). Skills: Excellent communication, empathy, teamwork ability, and firmness in enforcing safety rules. Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (intermediate Excel for reporting and statistics).
