We are looking for a **Commercial Manager** with proven experience in the **vertical transportation industry**. The role involves analyzing and advising our clients, managing business opportunities in New Sales and Modernization of elevators, escalators, and accessibility solutions. The primary objective of this position is to **identify new customers in the field**, conduct **technical project analysis**, manage **commercial meetings**, prepare technical\-economic proposals, and lead prospecting efforts through to successful sales closure. **Main Responsibilities:** * Identify and acquire new potential customers. * Conduct commercial visits and service presentations. * Advise clients according to their needs. * Prepare quotations and commercial proposals. * Follow up on business opportunities and close sales. * Coordinate with technical and operational departments. * Maintain updated records of commercial activities. * Achieve established commercial targets. * Provide post-sales follow-up and customer support. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related fields. * Experience in corporate or consultative sales. * Existing client portfolio is desirable. * Experience in industrial sectors, construction, or elevators is desirable. * Proficiency in Office applications and digital tools. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Proactive attitude and results orientation. ***Benefits:*** * Market-competitive salary. * Sales commissions. * Opportunity for professional growth. ***Working Hours:*** *Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.* ***Work Location:*** *Santiago de Surco – Lima, with availability for commercial visits.* ***Position Type:*** *Full-time* Salary: S/.1,800\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
