Position Summary:
Cross-functional support in administrative management, payroll, safety, training, and HR audits, contributing to operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

**Administrative and Documentation Management**
* Draft and manage employment contracts in accordance with current labor legislation and internal policies.
* Maintain up-to-date **personnel files**, ensuring integrity, confidentiality, and accessibility of documentation.
* Distribute employment documents (pay slips, CTS letters, memoranda, internal policies, etc.), ensuring timely delivery.
* Update personnel information in corporate systems (SAP, Factorial, and other applicable systems).
* Support preparation of reports on contracts, absenteeism, and payroll updates.
* Record the accounting entry for motorcycle rental in SAP to manage the process.
* Support **recruitment and selection processes**, coordinating interviews and managing onboarding documentation.
**Payroll and Benefits Processes**
* Consolidate and verify monthly data on working hours, absences, and other movements for payroll closing.
* Process subsidies with **ESSALUD** and other local entities.
* Manage enrollments, terminations, and updates under the **Life Insurance Law** and other mandatory coverage schemes.
**Safety, Health, and Wellness**
* Coordinate the **distribution of work equipment** and personal protective equipment (PPE), maintaining an updated inventory.
* Support occupational physician management, scheduling medical examinations, and monitoring the occupational health program.
Prepare the monthly first-aid kit inventory and request replenishment as needed.
· Participate in the Occupational Safety and Health Management System process, and comply with the Safety Policy and Internal Occupational Safety and Health Regulations.
**Training and Development**
* Register and archive trainings and inductions, ensuring documentation complies with quality procedures.
* Monitor the annual Training Plan and support organizing training activities.
**Audits and Regulatory Compliance**
* Provide support during internal and external audits, ensuring required documentation is available at local and regional levels.
* Ensure compliance with the Internal Work Regulations, Code of Ethics, Compliance Manual, and other corporate policies.
**Cross-functional Support and Projects**
* Collaborate on preparing organizational charts and other HR management reports at the regional level.
* Participate in specific HR initiatives or projects involving other Life Sciences subsidiaries across LATAM.
· Support preparation of Job Descriptions for all Life Sciences LATAM subsidiaries for validation (signature workflow).
· Support implementation of HR management indicators.
**Qualifications:**
· Minimum education: Technical or University-level degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Psychology, or related fields.
* Minimum 3+ years of experience in similar roles within Human Resources.
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (database handling, formulas, reporting).
· Minimum required English proficiency: Intermediate/Advanced (Mandatory)
· Basic SAP knowledge (Not mandatory)
* Database handling, formulas, and reporting skills. Critical mindset for developing HR management indicators (KPIs).
· Solid understanding of Occupational Safety and Health.

Salary: S/.3,000\.00 \- S/.3,500\.00 per month
