




Position Summary: We are seeking an IT Support Technician with experience in networks, operating systems, and security to manage incidents and ensure operational continuity within an entertainment environment. Key Points: 1. Solid knowledge in network configuration, switching, and routing. 2. Proficiency in DHCP, DNS, and network segmentation. 3. Experience in Windows and Linux server administration. Requirements: Education: Network and Communications Technician; graduate or bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; or currently pursuing such studies. Language: Technical English – B1 level writing proficiency. Networks and Connectivity: Solid knowledge in switching, routing, and Wi-Fi network configuration. Protocols: Proficiency in DHCP, DNS services, and network segmentation. Operating Systems: Fundamental knowledge in Windows and Linux server administration. Security: Basic understanding of perimeter security, access policies, and vulnerability management. Responsibilities: Infrastructure Support: Management and resolution of incidents related to applications, remote servers, and connectivity. Service Desk Level 2: Advanced technical support to end users, ensuring operational continuity. Proactive Monitoring: Continuous supervision of resources, services, and applications to prevent system outages. Data Availability: Execution and verification of backup strategies and disaster recovery procedures. Experience using monitoring tools (Grafana, Zabbix, PRTG, etc.). Knowledge of automation (Bash or PowerShell scripting). Certifications such as CCNA or equivalent. · OFFERED: Formal employment contract with all statutory benefits. Hybrid work arrangement.
