At **VML Peru**, we are looking for top talent to join our team as a **Motion Designer / Editor - Freelance:** **Responsibilities** * Design and animate graphic elements and key visuals for advertising campaigns. * Develop motion graphics and animated adaptations for print, social media, and other digital channels. * Produce creative and timely animations to strengthen brand presence across traditional and digital channels. * Collaborate with creative teams and art directors to present innovative, high-quality proposals. * Create detailed, polished graphic compositions ready for client presentations and approvals. * Perform final adjustments and revised versions based on received feedback. * Participate in designing and animating promotional materials such as POP displays, inserts, corporate videos, and other multimedia assets. * Generate animated proposals aligned with tactical and strategic campaign brand-building. * Suggest creative improvements for day-to-day deliverables, both for tactical and strategic objectives. **Requirements** * Graduate of Graphic Design, Digital Animation, Advertising, Communications, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of proven experience in advertising agencies, design studios, or similar creative environments. * Advanced proficiency in creative software, including: Adobe After Effects and Premiere at an advanced level for animation; Photoshop and Illustrator for design. * Solid knowledge of graphic composition, 2D/3D animation, visual storytelling, and development of social-media-optimized animated graphics. * Availability to work on a one-month project basis.
