We are currently seeking top talent for the position of **Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor** at our **ATE** facility.
What We Value
* Bachelor’s degree in **Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation Engineering**, or related fields.
* Minimum **2–3 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Coordinator, or Team Leader**, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution center environments.
* Experience in **supervising and managing operational staff**.
* Experience in **receiving, storing, picking, and shipping goods**.
* Experience in **inventory control and management**, physical counts, and discrepancy tracking.
* Knowledge of product organization, classification, and location within the warehouse.
* Experience in developing and monitoring **management indicators (KPIs)**.
* Ability to analyze operational productivity and identify improvement opportunities.
* Intermediate-level **Excel** proficiency; ERP or warehouse management system experience is desirable.
* Availability to work the **night shift**.
What Will Be Your Responsibilities?
* **Supervise and assign tasks to operational staff** during the shift, ensuring adherence to scheduled operations.
* Supervise **receiving, storage, picking, and shipping operations**.
* Monitor proper inbound and outbound movement of products and materials from the warehouse.
* Verify that received goods are correctly **identified, recorded, coded, and located**.
* Supervise proper classification and organization of products within the warehouse.
* Coordinate goods picking and shipping according to established requirements.
* Supervise and conduct **physical and cycle inventories**, tracking identified discrepancies.
* Ensure **accuracy of both physical and system-based inventories**.
* Prepare and review reports on **goods receipt and dispatch, inventory levels, and shift operations**.
* Monitor **warehouse KPIs**, productivity, and operational compliance.
* Analyze productivity results and identify process improvement opportunities.
* Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure continuity and efficiency of operations.
* Track incidents occurring during the shift and ensure proper communication.
* Guarantee an effective **shift handover**, reporting pending items, incidents, and operational outcomes.
* Supervise compliance with **safety, order, cleanliness, and good warehousing practices**.
* Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of team members under your supervision.
