Participate in the analysis and definition of new processes to be outsourced. 2. Develop local solutions for the automation of processes and services. 3. Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Regular (Indefinite) **What Are We Looking For?** * Monitor and control the delivery of reports and other cross-functional reports from the Unit. * Prepare reports, presentations, and statistics for local/corporate committees. * Analyze and prepare reports required by the Unit. * Analyze and manage organizational structure changes within the Unit. * Manage external users’ accounts and email addresses (creation, deactivation, modifications). * Manage limited profiling for Suppliers and Operations (creation, modifications, incidents). * Manage application access for Suppliers (creation, modifications, incidents). * Manage collection of penalties from cross-functional Suppliers of the Unit. * Participate in the analysis, definition, and impact assessment of new processes to be outsourced or assumed by Operations (functions, capacity, access rights, profiles, risks, budget, etc.). * Develop solutions on authorized platforms within Operations. * Gather information for assigned projects. * Address incidents and/or queries related to solutions developed by Bex Transformation. * Develop local solutions for the automation of processes and services. * Coordinate supplier continuity plans. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor and promote continuous improvement of the role. Requirements: * Technical or university degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * 3–5 years of experience in roles related to data science. * Experience connecting with ADA and ASO (preferred). * Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages. * Proficiency in AWS cloud services. * Practical daily use of AI. * Soft skills: analytical ability, problem-solving, effective communication. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
