Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Analyst to provide first- and second-level support, maintain IT equipment, and manage user accounts. Key Responsibilities: 1. User account management and network monitoring Semada Tech, an IT solutions specialist, is looking for a **Technical Support Analyst** to join a leading company in the region. **Responsibilities:** * Provide first- and second-level technical support to internal users (hardware, software, and peripherals). * Receive, log, and track incidents and requests via the help desk. * Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and corporate telephones. * Manage user accounts (creation, deactivation, permissions) in internal systems and Active Directory. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. * Monitor network status, devices, and basic servers according to departmental guidelines. * Document procedures, solutions, and updates in the knowledge base. * Escalate complex incidents to the appropriate levels. * Support implementation of new systems or technological improvements. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Computing, Informatics, or Systems. * Minimum 1 year of experience providing technical support to users. * Solid knowledge of hardware, software, and Windows system diagnostics. * Basic networking skills (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and help desk tools. * Strong communication skills, user orientation, and problem-solving ability.
