**Label Perú S.A.C.**, a company with over 17 years of experience in the graphic industry, is seeking a **FLEXOGRAPHIC PRE-PRESS DESIGNER** to join its team. **Essential Requirements** * **Education:** Technical graduate in fields related to graphic production, pre-press, or proven experience as a designer in the flexographic industry * **Experience:** Minimum one year of verifiable experience in similar positions * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop at intermediate-to-advanced level, and intermediate-level vector editing software * **Personal Competencies:** Commitment, ethics, results orientation, teamwork, initiative, adaptability to change, organization, and ability to work under pressure * Availability to work in Callao **Key Responsibilities** * Perform file assembly and disassembly to properly handle flexographic pre-press according to technical specifications of our flexo printing machines * Knowledge of trapping * Photo retouching, redraws, fonts, gradients, masks, color separation, proper conversion of RGB files to CMYK * Use and conversion of PANTONE colors * Generation of color proofs and panel assembly for flexographic cliché production * Creation of technical drawings **Benefits** * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday \| 08:30 – 18:00 Saturday \| 09:00 – 13:00 * **Employment Type:** Full-time * Payroll registration and all statutory benefits, etc. * **Compensation:** To be discussed (negotiable based on experience) * Overtime pay * Learning and development pathway within a growing production facility.
