Join a leading company **We are looking for Packaging Operators – Plant Villa I (VES)!** A prominent industrial company is currently recruiting **Packaging Operators** for its plant located in **Villa El Salvador.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Manually place bags onto rotary packaging machines. * Verify product weight and correct date printing. * Perform autonomous maintenance and equipment lubrication. * Maintain warehouse capacity at maximum levels. * Report incidents and pending tasks to the production supervisor. **Requirements:** * Technical studies in mechanics, electricity, or electromechanics. * Minimum 6 months of experience in packaging or industrial plants. * Availability for operational work and rotating shifts. * Responsible attitude, teamwork, and commitment. **Conditions:** * Work location: Villa El Salvador. * Rotating 8-hour shifts (12-hour shifts possible depending on operations). * One day of weekly rest (rotating). **Benefits:** * \*Subsidized meals (S/.2\.5\) * \*Transportation (commuter routes). * Night shift bonus as per law. * Renewable contract with potential for long-term stability.
