Teamwork and commitment in an industrial environment **We are looking for Packaging Operators – Oquendo Plant, Callao!** A prominent company in the cement industry is currently seeking **Packaging Operators** for its plant located in **Oquendo, Callao.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Manually place bags onto rotary packaging machines. * Verify product weight and correct date printing. * Perform autonomous maintenance and equipment lubrication. * Maintain warehouse capacity at maximum level. * Report incidents and pending items to the production supervisor. **Requirements:** * Technical studies in mechanics, electricity, or electromechanics. * Minimum 6 months of experience in packaging or industrial plants. * Availability for operational work and rotating shifts. * Responsible attitude, teamwork, and commitment. **Working Conditions:** * Work location: Oquendo, Callao * Rotating shifts: 7 am \- 3 pm / 3 pm \- 11 pm / 11 pm \- 7 am **Benefits:** * Subsidized meals (S/.2\.5\) * Transportation (commuter routes). * Night shift bonus as per law. * Renewable contract with potential for job stability.
