Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Academic Operations Assistant to support the planning and execution of executive training courses and programs.

On behalf of our client, we are looking for an **Academic Operations Assistant** to support the planning, preparation, and execution of our executive training courses and programs.
We seek an organized, proactive individual with strong digital tool proficiency, capable of managing the various activities required to move a program from planning to the start of classes.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Develop and update academic schedules for courses and programs.
* Conduct market research and prepare initial proposals for syllabi and session structures.
* Identify, contact, and perform initial screening of potential instructors.
* Coordinate with selected instructors to validate syllabi, schedules, timetables, and material submissions.
* Create and configure each course in the virtual classroom, uploading materials, schedules, announcements, and resources.
* Schedule sessions on Zoom and verify links, timings, access permissions, and configurations prior to commencement.
* Monitor session execution, recording attendance and operational issues.
* Maintain up-to-date participant, instructor, and program information in relevant systems.
* Coordinate receipt, organization, and upload of materials, assessments, grades, and recordings.
* Prepare and issue certificates and completion letters upon closing each program.
* Administer satisfaction surveys and consolidate results for each course.
* Verify, before each program launch, that instructors, platforms, materials, Zoom, and participants are properly enabled.
**REQUIREMENTS**
* Final-year student, graduate, or bachelor’s degree holder in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Education, Psychology, Communications, or related fields.
* Minimum 6 months’ experience in coordination, academic support, training, operations, or administration.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace at user level.
* Experience using Zoom and virtual platforms.
* Familiarity with LMS platforms such as Moodle is desirable.
* Experience identifying and contacting professionals via LinkedIn or other platforms is desirable.
* Strong writing skills and ability to organize information.
* Availability to monitor scheduled sessions and academic activities.
