Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible Carpenter Master to execute and supervise carpentry work, as well as the manufacturing and assembly of furniture with high-quality finishes. An industrial company is looking for a **Carpenter Master** responsible for executing and supervising carpentry work, furniture manufacturing and assembly, ensuring high-quality finishes, dimensional accuracy, and adherence to production schedules. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform cutting, preparation, assembly, and joining of wood and melamine components. * Interpret blueprints, measurements, and technical specifications for furniture manufacturing. * Operate carpentry tools and machinery such as circular saws, miter saws, drills, sanders, routers, and others. * Carry out veneering, sanding, drilling, and finishing tasks according to product requirements. * Verify dimensions, squareness, joints, and finish quality before product delivery. * Identify and report material defects, failures, or waste during the process. * Maintain tools, machinery, and the work area in proper order and safety conditions. * Support material usage optimization, reducing waste and rework. **REQUIREMENTS** * Completed secondary education or technical training in Carpentry, Cabinetmaking, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Carpenter Master. * Experience in manufacturing and assembling wooden and/or melamine furniture. * Proficiency in operating carpentry tools and machinery. * Ability to interpret blueprints and technical measurements. * Knowledge of assembly and finishing techniques. * Proactivity, responsibility, precision, and teamwork skills. * Willingness to work at the production plant. * Immediate availability. * Willingness to work in Lurin. Salary: S/.2,000.00 - S/.3,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
