Job Summary: Cleaning Supervisor responsible for ensuring adequate staffing, supervising cleaners' performance, directing field activities, and managing cleaning resources and equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Directly supervises cleaning operations and staff. 2. Manages essential resources and materials for the cleaning service. 3. Maintains constant communication with the client to coordinate services. 1\.\- POSITION: CLEANING SUPERVISOR 2 .\- PROFILE: Technical Graduate 3\.\- EXPERIENCE 4 years of experience as a cleaning supervisor. 5\.\-. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensure the required number of staff is assigned according to the client's request and properly distributed across various tasks at the worksite. * Directly monitor the performance of cleaning operatives. * Lead and supervise field activities. * Prepare purchase requests for cleaning machinery, materials, equipment, uniforms, and personal protective equipment (PPE). * Identify and report any non-conforming services or observations regarding the executed service. * Provide required information to the Operations Manager and Administrative Department. * Inspect PPE to ensure it is in good condition and request replacement from the Logistics Department when damaged. * Verify labeling of containers repackaged with cleaning products. * Implement effective measures to identify and control work-related hazards and risks. * Participate, as applicable, in incident and accident investigations in accordance with current procedures. * Conduct and attend trainings, meetings, and/or briefings required by the company. * Organize job functions in alignment with applicable Integrated Management System guidelines. * Maintain appropriate and consistent communication with the client to coordinate operational aspects of the service. Salary: Up to S/.1,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
