On behalf of our client—a company engaged in the production, importation, distribution, and commercialization of meat products—we are looking for a Finance Manager. **PROFILE** * University graduate in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Administration, or related fields. * Postgraduate studies (diploma, specialization, and/or master’s degree) in finance are desirable. * Minimum 5 years of experience in finance management roles within companies of similar profile. * Proven experience in the food industry, with emphasis on fisheries, pork, beef, and other related sectors. * In-depth understanding of production operations, yield management, waste control, and raw material variability is essential for successful performance in this role. * Knowledge of costing methodologies. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Lead financial planning, annual budgeting, and execution control. * Ensure control and proper structuring of product costing. * Supervise accounting, treasury, and tax compliance. * Manage cash flow to guarantee operational liquidity. * Evaluate profitability by business line and generate timely alerts. * Lead audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance. * Drive management indicators to support decision-making. * Collaborate with operations to ensure financial information accurately reflects business reality. **CONDITIONS** * General Labor Regime * Indefinite-term contract with a 6-month probationary period * Profit-sharing * Parking * Corporate-rate EPS (health insurance) * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. * On-site work mode. * Willingness to work in Lurín Salary: S/.8,000.00 \- S/.10,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
