Maintenance Technician

Job Summary: Responsible for reporting incidents, controlling facilities, performing maintenance, repairing equipment, and suggesting improvements to ensure smooth production operations. Key Highlights: 1. Active participation in machine maintenance and repair. 2. Opportunity to suggest improvements to facilities. 3. Inspection and recording of equipment performance results. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Report incidents and/or accidents affecting health and well-being to the Production Supervisor. 2\. Report any process anomalies to the Maintenance Manager. 3\. Monitor and inspect facilities to detect anomalies and prevent unexpected shutdowns. 4\. Carry out assigned breakdown repairs or work orders. 5\. Directly participate in unplanned breakdowns or shutdowns under the direction of the Maintenance Manager; in their absence, under the direction of the on-duty Production Supervisor, regardless of the mechanical nature of such events. 6\. Suggest facility improvements, especially regarding mechanical aspects. 7\. Fully or partially disassemble machines or equipment for maintenance, interpreting blueprints and catalogs for maintenance and/or repair. 8\. Conduct inspections of machines and equipment, as well as measurements and recording of results. 9\. Daily report incidents and/or assigned tasks during the shift using maintenance forms. 10\. Perform scheduled maintenance activities and report possible equipment failures. REQUIREMENTS: Completed technical education 1 year of experience in industrial plants Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,700.00 \- S/.1,800.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
